YOGA TEACHER AND BREATHWORK PRACTITIONER

Kelly has been practicing and studying yoga for more than 15 years. What started as a means to deal with stress and anxiety quickly evolved into a passion for teaching and sharing. Since 2016, Kelly has been teaching yoga regularly in a wide variety of movement and mindfulness modalities, with a growing focus on restorative and breathwork practices.

Having suffered from severe asthma as a child, Kelly can relate to those who suffer from breathlessness and anxiety and knows the value and relief that proper breathing mechanics and techniques can bring. As his own practice and teachings have evolved, so has his understanding of the balance that breathwork and stillness practices can provide in today’s busy and stressful times.

With a unique mix of compassion and intelligence at the core of his teachings, he strives to help others find awareness and peace physically, mentally and spiritually. Kelly is currently studying to become a certified Buteyko Breath Instructor, a practice which allows relief to those who suffer from anxiety and depression, stress, PTSD, as well as respiratory ailments such as asthma, chronic hyperventilation syndrome and long COVID symptoms.
